Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Pauline, I am a very enthusiastic yoga teacher and a lightworker.
Over the past 20 years I embarked on a journey of learning and discovery of my connection with Angels and Light healing work, I practiced meditation and studied wonderful healing practices that have allowed me to provide treatments and classes.
I believe that our mind and our body have a sacred connection which we can honor every day by moving our body and allowing energy to flow.
I am looking forward to share my knowledge with you through courses and classes, so that I can show you the power of these ancient techniques and how they can make a difference in our life here and now.

There is nothing more beautiful than working by sharing our divine intuition and bringing our energy to a higher level, so that we can find our natural pace in life.
Below you will find three sections: one is dedicated to what I call Energy work, the spiritual healing side of my practice. The second one is what I call Body work, and involves massage techniques. The third one is Movement Work, which is where you will find more about my yoga practice.

As a Light worker I have learnt different beautiful healing techniques which can gracefully embrace your needs and requirements, balancing you on all the levels of energy within and outside of us.
I believe that we are connected to the divine source and can tap into that infinite living wisdom to ask for help and support in our life.

We are all given many talents in life and light workers can have all sorts of different lives, careers and passions. They are simply people who have awoken to their spiritual path and have chosen to make the world a better place by sharing their love for life and knowledge of healing methods with the people around them.
I started on my yoga journey about ten years ago, practicing on and off with a special love for power yoga at that time, to the discover Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa flow. Over the past two years I practiced regularly and that really helped with work related stress and a few health problems.
I believe that the more you understand your body and its limitations you’ll learn how to nurture it with love and commitment, and you’ll make an incredible difference.
Sometimes, in yoga, part of the process is to make peace with your body and give up having to get anywhere, you might work more with your body energetically by giving it time to adjust, relax and move forward. I also encourage people to work with the energy of the body rather than against it, so you’ll gradually become aware of how far you can push yourself.
Also, sometimes we think we need to leave town for awhile to de-stress and unwind, but we really don’t. The practice of yoga is a retreat in itself to you, a space to focus on your breath and a time to let go of what no longer serves you.
Chakra Balancing Indian Head Massage
Holistic massage is a therapeutic application of touch that is also a supportive, relaxing treatment that encourages the mind to slow down whilst energy is increased. This treatment also lifts the spirit on an emotional level.
Holistic massage benefits the mind, body and spirit. Massage relaxes taut muscles, aids lympathic drainage, releases toxins and benefits the “whole” in many other positive ways. Physical and emotional stress can be reduced through therapeutic touch and a myriad of other restrictive problems can also be alleviated.
Daily life impacts on our body in many ways. Although we can easily become tired, stressed, anxious and exhausted we seldom create the space to explore the therapeutic form of beneficial relaxation. Holistic massage can create instant improvement in the quality of sleep and concentration, improve circulation and waste removal and encourage deeper, more relaxed breathing, and is an accessible treatment for all ages.
